Neil Rucker has been a Polygraph Examiner for 34 years. He has conducted over 10,000 Polygraph Examinations. He is a graduate of the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute at Fort McClellan, Alabama. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Troy State University and holds a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice from Auburn University. Mr. Rucker is a full member of the American Polygraph Association and has been since February, 1979.
Mr. Rucker has testified in Court and in many other type hearings such as Grand Jury proceedings and Personnel hearings regarding Polygraph. He has conducted Polygraph Examinations all over the Southeastern United States. Mr. Rucker was a Law Enforcement Officer for 30 years in the State of Alabama. He was a State Trooper, an Agent with the Alabama Bureau of Investigation, Investigator for the Alabama Attorney General’s Office and Chief Investigator in two different District Attorney’s Offices. Mr. Rucker initiated Post Conviction Testing of Sexual Offenders in Baldwin County, Alabama.
Mr. Rucker is experienced in all areas of Polygraph testing including theft, arson, murder, sexual assault, robbery and most other types of offences. He has also conducted many examinations for employers regarding a myriad of areas. He has done extensive testing for Attorneys including so called “practice tests” for Attorneys to determine whether or not to allow their clients to submit to Law Enforcement Testing.
Mr. Rucker has conducted many tests in domestic issue cases to determine things such as “whether or not a spouse or significant other has cheated. He has conducted extensive testing in the area of Pre-employment testing for Police Officers, and other private security personnel including armored car companies. Mr. Rucker owned his own Security Guard Service for six years which operated in 3 states and conducted Polygraphs on each of his own employees before hiring.
